All promotional material for World Environment Day events needs to include the World Environment Day 2008 logo. Here are two versions (JPGs) of the logo - the full version and the short version. Please read the logo use instructions before selecting which version to use and to find out how to use it.
Logo use instructions - How to use the World Environment Day logo
- Full or short version?
- Use the FULL version of the logo with the UNEP logo at the bottom as your first choice.
- The SHORT version of the logo ie, just Kick the Habit can be used so long as the United Nations Environment Programme is acknowledged in your text AND/OR the size of your poster/resource would make the smaller type on the FULL logo illegible.
- Minimum sizes
- The minimum size for the FULL logo is
5.26cm x 5.19cm (or 2587 pixels H x 2552 pixels W at 72dpi).
- The minimum size for the SHORT logo is
0.96cm x 1.15cm (or 472 pixels H x 556 pixels W at 72dpi).
- Do not change the colours of the logo. You may use it in Grayscale if you are not printing in colour. It is not available in spot colour.
- Do not crop the logo or change its shape or dimensions.
- Do not change the type/text within the logo.
- The logo is only to be used to promote World Environment Day 2008 and activities taking place between 2–8 June 2008.
