Heya Sarah,

Yup I've been pretty busy this week with various WED activities. Went to the Green Ribbon awards on Tuesday which were great. Some really positive stories about what people are doing.

Also went to the Mr Freeze event in central Wellington today. We managed to amuse and bemuse many of the lunchtime strollers.

Also gonna head along to the Wellington Wco-Party tomorrow night. Anyone else going along? Anyone else know about it?

Cheers

Over here in the Americas it's still World Environment Day! I'll be participating in an online web chat with the Sustainable Business Seminar in Queenstown. We're preparing the slideshow right now

Locally (I live in Oaxaca, Mexico), I am working with indigenous artisans and market vendors as they develop niches for some wonderful eco products.

I congratulate the organisers of STEP UP CANTERBURY. Lots of interesting carbon reducing stuff. Makes me realise that perhaps I am on the right path with a carbon reducing and health promotion initiative that I have just launched at http://stepit.org .
