The Sustainable Business Network's annual awards are an opportunity to recognise small, medium, large and not-for-profit New Zealand businessees for their sustainability efforts. The awards are open to all participants in the Sustainable Business Network's Get Sustainable Challenge.
The overall Regional sustainable business award winners are:
Northern: Ecostore
Bay of Plenty: Bayfair Shopping Centre
Waikato: Te Whangai Trust
Central and Southern: Wellington Zoo Trust
The winners of the Regional Trailblazer, Emerging Business, Sustainable Design and Innovation and Not-for-Profit category awards can be found on the Sustainable Business Network's website.
The Regional winners will go on to be finalists in the National awards, which are held in Auckland on November 12th.
